Health Safety Security and Environment – HSSE (Safety Supervisors Level)

Safety supervision is the bedrock of safety practice. For “Safety Officers” to perform their work roles efficiently and safely, it is imminent that a trained “Safety Supervisor” guides and direct all work flows and processes in line with the safe work execution guidelines and the overall safety management policy of the organization.

Frequent safety audits and analysis, risk assessment, contractor safety program development and implementation, lockout procedures etc., are key areas of necessity. When trained and experienced supervisors are saddled with these responsibilities, the risk of accidents reduces to its barest minimum.
